FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for preparing a beverage with fine-bubble top cream layer. Device comprises a beverage unit, at least one nozzle in fluid communication with the beverage unit; a dispensing spout provided with a cavity with a bottom wall and side walls; a central beverage collecting area in a bottom of the cavity. There is additionally provided for each dispensing aperture a member, intended for compression of bubbles, is arranged between the central beverage collecting area and the respective beverage dispensing aperture. Narrowed beverage flow channel for compression of bubbles is formed by projection and opposite the ledge wall.
EFFECT: due to the specified shape and arrangement of narrowed channel higher stability and quality of foam in the absence of large bubbles is provided, negatively effecting said qualities of foam of final beverage.
