SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, namely, to a new pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of topical application, including gramicidin C and ambroxol, and to a new combination of gramicidin C and ambroxol or their pharmacologically acceptable salts for the treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx, in which the active substances are used in the following amounts - ambroxol-7.5-200 mg; gramicidin C-0.2-40 mg and where the active substances are in the mass ratios of gramicidin C: ambroxol from 2:1 to 1:1000, as well as to the method for their application.
