SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to tools used together with mounted earth-processing appliances. Tool comprises central section and pair of side sections. Each section comprises a pair of parallel frame elements pivotally connected to each other. One of the frame elements comprises a hinged bar. Proposed tool comprises multiple hydraulic cylinders to allow swiveling motion between parallel frame elements. Side section hydraulic cylinders are cylinders with double-sided rod. Hydraulic cylinders of central section represent cylinders with one-side rod. System includes a control system designed to move cylinders with a double-sided rod and displacement of cylinders with one-side rod. Computer-aided method of controlling the instrument includes receiving a first input signal and receiving a second input signal. Hinged beam of central section of tool is rotated based on first input signal in first range of working angles. On the basis of the second input signal, the side bar hinged beam is rotated through angle of 90°.

EFFECT: reduced tool weight.
