SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture. System comprises a frame element, a suspended bar connected to the frame element through a hinge and oriented parallel to and behind the frame element. Sowing section is connected to suspended bar. Suspended bar is connected to first sensor configured to determine position of suspended bar relative to ground. Actuator is arranged between the frame element and the suspended bar, adapted to turn the curtain rail relative to the frame element based on the specific position of the suspended bar. Tool control system comprises frame element and suspended bar, hinged to frame element, behind and parallel to frame element, and to which multiple sowing sections are attached. Control system includes a control unit, at least one sensor configured to determine the position of the suspended bar relative to the ground, and an actuator, which is connected between the frame element and the suspended bar. Control unit is configured to receive at least one signal from at least one sensor indicating the position of the suspended bar relative to the ground and activation of the actuator for turning the suspended bar based on the determined position of the suspended bar. Computerized method for a tool comprising a suspended bar to which sowing sections are attached, designed to control the turn of the suspended bar based on the field relief, on which the tool moves, includes steps, on which in the control unit the indication on the first angle of the suspended bar relative to the ground is changed; on the basis of indication of change of the first angle, actuating the actuator, which with possibility of rotation connects the suspended bar with the frame element; receiving indication of change of second angle of suspended bar relative to ground; and on the basis of indicating change of second angle actuator extension is caused.
