SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to maxillofacial surgery, oncology, reconstructive plastic surgery. In the area of the nasolabial fold, an insular skin-fat nasolabial flap is formed with an axial type of blood supply from the angular artery and the angular vein. The flap is rotated to the defect area through the trans-buccal tunnel. The donor area is sutured in a line and corresponds to the nasolabial fold.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reliably eliminate the defect of the upper jaw, increase functional and aesthetic results of treatment with minimal trauma of the operation.
