SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to maxillofacial surgery. Soft tissues of the recipient zone are incised to form a receptive bed in the recipient zone of upper and / or lower lip using mobilization of soft tissues and closure of the defect with a revascularized autograft with its subsequent fixation to the receptive bed. Soft tissues are incised along the upper edge of the nasolabial fold and / or along the edge of the red border of the lower lip with subsequent formation of the tunnel in the subcutaneous layer from the upper and / or lower lip into the oral cavity to the projection of the facial arteries and vein. Revascularized autograft is presented by a revascularized skin autograft on a retrograde bloodstream with length of 3.5–4.5 cm, width 1.0–2.5 cm, with thickness of 0.5–1.5 cm. Autograft is obtained from a periauricular area by a linear incision prootic fold to temporal region. It is then delivered through a previously formed tunnel and revascularized by frontal or parietal branch of a superficial temporal artery with a facial artery and a superficial temporal vein with a facial vein as "end-to-end" intraorally with further fixation to a receptive bed.

EFFECT: method provides higher functional and aesthetic effect, as well as reduced injuries.
