FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for shredding (grinding) and activation of natural and artificial stone materials, dry building mixtures, etc., used alone or as part of asphalt and concrete mortar mixtures for the construction, restoration and reconstruction of buildings and structures, transport infrastructure facilities. The task of increasing the technological capabilities of the installation for shredding and activating bulk materials is solved by the fact that the installation for shredding and activating bulk materials contains a frame, an activator fixed on it, which is a closed container with holes made in the lid and bottom for feeding bulk material from above and unloading activated from below. A vertical rotating shaft is installed inside the container, on which a blade fan and working disks of fine crushing in the form of metal circles are mounted, in the plane of which there are shaped holes, and vertical metal rods are fixed along the perimeter of the disks. The shaft drive is installed outside the container and connected to it by means of a belt drive. Above the activator there is a unit for preliminary crushing of the material, sorting and feeding it into the activator, equipped with a mechanism for returning substandard material. The body of the pre-crushing unit is made in the form of a truncated cone with the tapering of inclined walls downward, inside which there is a distribution grid fixed on a rotating vertical shaft and horizontal crushing shafts rotating towards each other, equipped with wear-resistant bosses along the entire working length, located under it. Under the crushing shafts, an inclined vibrating chute with calibrated holes in the upper part is installed for feeding the fractionated through a collecting funnel into the activator and a diverter funnel in the lower part of the chute, which communicates with the mechanism for returning substandard material for re-crushing, which is a chain bucket conveyor equipped with a separate drive, connecting collecting vibrating chute and receiving tank of the unit.
EFFECT: invention improves devices for shredding (grinding) and activation of natural and artificial stone materials, dry building mixtures.
