SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the design of facades, false ceilings, metal fences, partitions, palings, wickets and gates, in the construction of fences of flower beds, pedestrian paths and beds of greenhouses for domestic and industrial purposes, frameless farm buildings and building structures for various purposes. A metal board made by profiling from cold-rolled metals, including those with coatings, consisting of two components: a base and a liner, each of which is made of metal channel section containing a horizontal shelf and two parallel walls perpendicular or inclined to the shelf, as well as a bend on one of the walls directed parallel to the shelf inside the profile. The height of the bend is equal to half the height of the wall, and at the same time elastic stresses are created on the bend and on the wall of the profile without bending due to their additional bending by 2-5 degrees inside the profile. In addition, the profiles of the base and the liner are made geometrically similar so that the linear dimensions of the liner in width and height are less than the corresponding dimensions of the base by two thicknesses of metal. When assembling a metal board, the insert is mirror-snapped back into the base with an elastic tension and a tight fit. The shelves of the base and liner profiles may contain stiffeners. In the internal cavity formed by the components in the assembly, additional stiffeners made of metal OMEGA and channel sections can be installed, as well as filler can be placed in the internal cavity. The base and the insert assembly can additionally be fastened with holes on the walls.

EFFECT: reduction of labor intensity both in the manufacture of metal boards and in installation works.
