FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction of metal structures from cold-formed galvanized metal profiles, including those with a polymer coating, and in particular to methods for manufacturing metal frames for fences, fences, panels and partitions. A method for assembling a frame for fences, fences, panels and partitions, consisting of bearing supports, upper and lower horizontal logs, made of a frame symmetrical profile containing a shelf, legs, bends and racks made perpendicular to the bends to the outside of the profile, and decorative strips, consists in the manufacture of each supporting support of the frame from two frame symmetrical profiles, nested towards each other with an overlap of racks, as well as the manufacture of the upper and lower logs, each of which is made of a frame symmetrical profile with preliminary cutting of the profile shelf on both sides of the log along the fold lines of the “shelf-leg” profile by an amount equal to the height of the profile leg, followed by bending the cut sections of the profile shelf by 90 degrees outward from the profile shelf and installing the lag shelf to the support shelves with the slotted sections of the log shelf close to the bearing supports, and the legs of the logs are close to the legs of the bearing supports, while the upper log is oriented with the shelf down, and the lower log is oriented with the shelf up, in addition, middle logs can be additionally installed in the frame, while each middle log is made of two frame symmetrical profiles nested towards each other to each other with an overlap of racks, with preliminary cutting of the shelves of both profiles on both sides of the log along the bend lines of the “shelf-leg” profiles by an amount equal to the height of the profile leg, subsequent bending of the cut sections of the profile shelves 90 degrees outward from the profile shelves and installing the cut sections of the shelves with the cut sections of the shelves of the logs to the shelves of the support supports, and with the legs of the log close to the legs of the support supports, in addition to each support, made of a pair of frame symmetrical profiles with an overlap of racks. The racks are fastened with self-tapping screws and traction rivets, and also each upper and lower log is fixed on the bearing supports with self-tapping screws and traction rivets at the points of contact of the cut sections of the log shelf with the shelves of the bearing supports and at the points of contact of the legs of the log with the legs of the bearing supports, in addition, in each middle lag, made of a pair of frame symmetrical profiles with an overlap of racks, the racks are fastened with self-tapping screws and traction rivets, while each middle log is fixed on the bearing supports with self-tapping screws and traction rivets at the points of contact of the cut sections of the log shelves with the shelves of the bearing supports and at the points of contact of the legs of the log with the legs of the bearing supports, in addition, the upper ends of the bearing supports, as well as the internal cavities of the upper and lower logs, are closed “on the water” with decorative strips of various configurations and lengths and fixed with self-tapping screws and traction rivets.
EFFECT: metal savings, in reducing labor intensity both in the manufacture of a frame symmetrical profile, and in the process of installation work in the manufacture of frames, in ensuring the dimensional stability of the structure by increasing the rigidity of the constituent elements of the frame.
