FIELD: cryogenic technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic technology and can be used in the separation of air. In the atmospheric evaporator heating method (V), the cryogenic liquid is vaporized by heat exchange with the ambient air in the atmospheric evaporator. To heat the evaporator, gas (3) with a temperature of at least 0°C is fed into it. This gas comes from a cryogenic air separation unit (ASU).
EFFECT: simplified installation.
