FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in compliance with first process, entire air volume to be subjected to distillation is compressed in main compressor (1). First airflow compressed in the main compressor, purified and cooled in heat exchange line (6) is directed into medium-pressure dual column (8). Airflow is separated into flows enriched with oxygen and nitrogen in aforesaid medium-pressure column. Fluid oxygen flow (16) is extracted from low-pressure column, flow pressure is increased and it is evaporated in heat exchange line to form the first gaseous high-pressure flow enriched with oxygen. Fraction (24) of air compressed in the main compressor is liquefied and directed into dual column to produce second gaseous flow (115), enriched in oxygen but with pressure lower than that of aforesaid first gaseous flow (115). In compliance with the second process, air liquefying pressure is increased by adjusting main compressor blade system. Second gaseous flow enriched in oxygen is reduced, thus, increasing extraction of the first gaseous flow enriched in oxygen.
EFFECT: perfected process, simpler design.
