FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthoses for the hand. The orthosis contains a glove and at least one finger splint, which can be attached to the hand with a glove. The finger splint contains at least one spring. The finger splint in the hand orthosis position extends from the metacarpus above the metacarpophalangeal joint, the proximal phalanx, and the middle joint at least to the middle phalanx, preferably to the distal phalanx of the given finger. The spring is bent twice in the area of the proximal phalanx of the given finger in such a way that it has a rigid middle section, from which the first elastic section extends in the direction of the metacarpus, and the second elastic section extends in the direction of the middle joint of the given finger.
EFFECT: effective prevention of point stretching or compressive load on the extensible finger.
