FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to devices used in traumatology and orthopedics. The device for the primary stabilization of diaphyseal fractures of the tibia in polytrauma consists of an external frame of an external fixation device, which has an upper and lower base, namely, from parts of the Ilizarov apparatus, in particular, half rings, bolts, nuts, telescopic and threaded rods, plates, washers with a slot and spoke fixers. The device is additionally equipped with an elastic bandage in the form of a hammock, rolled out and fixed on the telescopic rods of the outer frame of the device using straight and S-shaped fragments of Kirschner wires. The upper and lower bases are connected by three telescopic rods. The upper base consists of two half rings connected in a ring with a bolt and nuts. The lower base consists of two half-rings installed in two parallel planes and connected by double threaded rods, and connecting them with plates with nuts, washers with a slot. At both ends of the elastic bandage in the hemmed fold there is a straight fragment of the Kirschner needle, clipped with two S-shaped curved fragments of the needles. A smaller bend of the S-shaped curved fragments of the needles through the fold of the elastic bandage is inserted behind the straight fragment of the Kirschner wire and clipped, which fixes the position of the straight fragment of the needle in the fold of the elastic bandage and the location of the S-shaped curved fragments of the needles on it. The other end of the S-shaped bent fragments of the needles with a large bend is thrown over the telescopic bar and the bandage is rolled out in moderate tension so that each subsequent round of the bandage overlaps the previous round. The end of the elastic bandage is also equipped with a straight fragment of the Kirschner needle with S-shaped curved fragments of the needles clipped onto it, which are also thrown over the telescopic bar, which ensures the retention of the hammock on the outer frame.
EFFECT: provides increased efficiency and shortening of treatment time for patients with fractures of the shin bones.
