FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed is an adsorption unit for preparing natural gas for transport including a control valve, an inlet separator, adsorbers the top whereof is connected to the source gas supply line, the cooling gas supply line and the saturated regeneration gas discharge line, and the bottom is connected to the prepared gas discharge line, the cooling gas discharge line and the regeneration gas supply line, wherein the source gas supply line passes through the control valve and is connected to the inlet separator, the gas outlet from the inlet separator is connected to a first recuperative heat exchanger the gas outlet whereof is connected to the top of the adsorbers, the prepared gas discharge line is connected to a first filtering apparatus, wherein the cooling gas supply line is connected to the source gas supply line in front of the control valve and is connected to the filter separator the gas outlet whereof is connected to the top of the adsorbers, and the cooling gas outlet line is connected in series with a second filtering apparatus, a second recuperative heat exchanger and a first furnace, the regeneration gas supply line is connected to the bottom of the adsorbers, and the saturated regeneration gas discharge line is connected in series with a third filtering apparatus, the second recuperative heat exchanger, the first recuperative heat exchanger, a propane cooler and a high pressure separator, wherein the gas condensate discharge line from the high-pressure separator is connected via a throttle valve to a medium-pressure separator wherein the gas condensate discharge line is connected via a throttle valve to a low-pressure separator the outlet whereof is connected to the stable condensate discharge line, wherein the degassing gas discharge line from the medium-pressure separator is connected to the fuel line gas, and the waste low-pressure degassing gas discharge line from the low-pressure separator is connected to the flare line, and the processed regeneration gas discharge line from the high-pressure separator is connected to the source gas supply line after a control valve in front of the inlet separator, a makeup tank, the outlet whereof is connected through a methanol supply line to a saturated regeneration gas line between the first recuperative heat exchanger and the propane cooler, and a methanol regeneration unit, the inlet whereof is connected to the water-methanol mixture discharge line from the high-pressure separator and the outlet is connected through the regenerated methanol supply line with the saturated regeneration gas discharge line between the first recuperative heat exchanger and the propane cooler, where it additionally contains a technological compressor, the inlet whereof is connected through the waste low-pressure degassing gas discharge line to the low-pressure separator and the outlet is combined with the gas condensate discharge line from the high-pressure separator into a combined line connected to the medium-pressure separator, and an intermediate heater, the inlet whereof is connected to the gas condensate outlet line from the medium-pressure separator and the outlet is connected to the gas condensate inlet line to a low-pressure separator.
EFFECT: provided is possibility of environmentalisation and resource saving of the unit due to production of an additional amount of stable hydrocarbon condensate and fuel gas.
