MODULAR NATURAL GAS TREATMENT PLANT Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC B01D53/47 C10L3/10

Abstract RU 2831647 C1

FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas industry, namely to plants for preparation of natural gas for transport by adsorption method, can be used in oil and other industries. Modular natural gas treatment plant includes a control valve, an inlet separator, adsorbers, the top of which is connected to the initial gas supply line, cooling gas supply lines and the saturated regeneration gas discharge lines, and the bottom is connected to the prepared gas discharge lines, the cooling gas discharge and the regeneration gas supply, a filtering device, a furnace, a high-pressure separator, make-up tank, the outlet of which is connected through the methanol supply line to the line of saturated regeneration gas between the first recuperative heat exchanger and the propane cooler. Initial gas feed line passes through control valve and is connected to inlet separator. Gas outlet from the inlet separator is connected to the first recuperative heat exchanger, the gas outlet of which is connected to the top of the adsorbers. Prepared gas discharge line is connected to the first filtering device. Cooling gas supply line is connected to the initial gas supply line before the control valve and is connected to the separator filter, the gas outlet of which is connected to the top of the adsorbers. Cooling gas discharge line is connected in series to the second filtering device, the second recuperative heat exchanger and the furnace. Regeneration gas supply line is connected to adsorbers bottom, and regeneration saturated gas discharge line is connected in series to the third filtering device, the second recuperative heat exchanger, the first recuperative heat exchanger, propane cooler and high pressure separator. Line of discharge of waste low-pressure degassing gas is connected to flare header, and line of stable condensate discharge is connected to reservoir park of stable condensate. Regeneration waste gas discharge line from the high-pressure separator is connected to the initial gas supply line after the control valve before the inlet separator. Methanol regeneration unit contains interconnected inlet recuperative heat exchanger, the outlet of which is connected to the middle part of the rectification column. Upper part of the column is interconnected with the air cooler, the reflux tank and the first pump communicated with the rectification column and the regenerated methanol discharge line. Lower part of the rectification column is connected in series to the reboiler, the second pump and the inlet recuperative heat exchanger and drainage through the process water discharge line. Reboiler inlet is communicated via regeneration gas feed line with regeneration gas feed line upstream of adsorbers while its outlet is communicated via cooled regeneration gas feed line with regeneration saturated gas discharge line between first recuperative heat exchanger and propane cooler.

EFFECT: invention provides implementation of energy-efficient heat exchange technology, which provides reduction of operating costs at maintenance of temperature mode in methanol regeneration unit, due to reboiler, using part of regeneration gas as heat carrier.
