FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plants for preparation of natural gas for transport by adsorption method, and can be used in oil and other industries. Plant comprises a control valve, an inlet separator, adsorbers, the top of which is connected to the initial gas supply line, the cooling gas supply line and the regeneration saturated gas discharge line, and the bottom is connected to the prepared gas discharge line, the cooling gas discharge line and the regeneration gas supply line, a filtering device, a furnace, a high-pressure separator, a make-up tank and a methanol regeneration unit. Fractionation column of the methanol recovery unit is equipped with a reboiler using a portion of the saturated regeneration gas as a heat carrier. Reboiler inlet is communicated via regeneration saturated gas discharge line with regeneration saturated gas discharge line before the second recuperative heat exchanger, and the outlet is connected through the cooled part of the saturated regeneration gas discharge line to the saturated regeneration gas discharge line between the first recuperative heat exchanger and the propane cooler.
EFFECT: maintaining the temperature mode in the methanol regeneration unit, increasing the operating efficiency of the plant.
