FIELD: medical devices.

SUBSTANCE: device-applicator for inserting a menstrual cup and collecting menstrual fluid with it consists of a flexible cup-shape case; it is equipped with extraction tools consisting of bulges or filamentous elements located on the external part opposite to a trumpet. The device-applicator contains two parts made with the possibility of connecting to each other by means of axial sliding movement. The first external part contains anchoring tools for a menstrual cup, which must be placed, for introducing it in a folded state into woman’s body. The second internal part contains ejection tools unfolding the menstrual cup in the correct position for use from anchoring devices of the external part after inserting it into the user’s body.

EFFECT: technical result is providing for ease and hygiene of insertion and reduction of placement errors.
