METHOD FOR DIAGNOSIS OF METASTASES TO LYMPH NODES OF SMALL PELVIS IN PATIENTS WITH RESECTABLE CERVICAL CANCER Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC G01N33/49

Abstract RU 2750769 C2

FIELD: medicine, oncology in particular.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to oncology and gynecology, and can be used to diagnose metastases of cervical cancer in the regional lymph nodes of the small pelvis. A method for diagnosing metastases to the lymph nodes of the small pelvis in patients with resectable cervical cancer includes a blood test. According to the level of blood indicators: D-dimer – FEU, mg/l, red blood cells (RBC), platelet aggregation with adenosine triphosphate (ADP), %, fibrinogen - g/l, ESR - mm/h, hemoglobin (HB) - g/l, soluble fibrin-monomer complexes (SFMC) the diagnostic coefficient “Presence of metastases” is calculated according to the formula: (N) = -0.704 + 22.967*(D-dimer) – 3.645*(RBC) + 1.326*(Fibrinogen) – 0.101*(ADP) – 0.021*(ESR)+ 0.099*(HB) + 0.003*(SFMC), where N is the presence of metastases, and if N is less than 0.3, then there are no metastases; greater than or equal to 0.3, then there are metastases.

EFFECT: invention provides clarification of the degree of prevalence of cervical cancer, the stage of advanced cervical cancer according to the international gynecological classification (FIGO), the choice of the optimal method for treatment of patients with cervical cancer.
