SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer of IB3-IIIB stages. The method includes intra-arterial administration of platinum preparations and systemic administration of taxanes. Before selective intra-arterial administration of platinum preparations — cisplatin 75 mg/m² selective intra-arterial administration of second-generation calcium channel blockers is performed: nimodipine 5 ml of a 1% solution in 15 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride at a rate of 2 ml per minute, after which taxane series — paclitaxel 175 mg/m² is administered systemically — 2 courses with an interval of 21 days.

EFFECT: use of the invention improves the results of combined treatment of patients with locally advanced cervical cancer by selectively expanding the microvascular network of the tumor and the zone of its spread by intra-arterial administration of class II calcium channel blockers, followed by the administration of chemotherapy medicinal products in the form of intra-arterial superselective chemoinfusion.
