FIELD: pipelining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of repair of underwater pipelines. The pipeline repair method includes preliminary development of a pit, installation of reinforced concrete slabs on the prepared bottom, installation of a sealing chamber, installation of an adjustable frame on the body of the sealing chamber and fixing the pipeline with an adjustable frame. Installation of a service shaft connected to the mine pontoon, installation of the necessary sealing and sealing elements, installation of weights, pumping of water from the chamber, installation and connection of a life support system are performed. Inside the body, on the pipe, according to preliminary marking, sets of pipe fixing systems are installed, the jacks of which are installed at least 700 mm from the cutting line. On the defective section of the pipeline, the insulating coating is removed, additional flaw detection is performed to accurately determine the location of the defect. A machine for fireless cutting is fed through the service shaft, and it is mounted on the pipeline by means of hand hoists attached to the power flanges of the body of the sealing chamber. The cameras of the video surveillance system are directed to the cutting areas, eliminating the blind spots. The cut-out coil is secured with at least one hoist. The cutting of the pipeline is carried out in the absence of personnel, monitoring the progress of the cut through the cameras of the video surveillance system. The cut coil is lowered by means of hand hoists onto the floor of the sealing chamber and the slings are disconnected. The ends of the pipeline are sealed. The fireless cutting machine is dismantled and taken out through the service shaft. The cut coil is removed from the body of the containment chamber through the service shaft. A new coil is fed, the coil is lifted and brought to the ends of the pipeline. With the help of an external chain link centralizer, the coil is installed, welding is carried out, and the quality of welds is checked. Depressurization of the ends of the pipeline is performed, insulation of the coil and welded joints is performed. The sealing chamber is dismantled, the plates are dismantled, the foundation pit is washed.
