SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laser technology in medicine and cosmetology, as well as in treatment of materials, and constitutes a multipurpose laser apparatus intended for cosmetic and/or therapeutic treatment of biological tissues and various therapeutic measures. The substance of the invention consists in the fact that a solid-state laser apparatus includes: centering plates, a reflector with an elliptical reflecting surface, a pumping lamp and a cylindrical solid-state active element. The apparatus due to a universal structure thereof allows to use several different solid-state active elements by replacing said elements without introducing changes to the structure. The apparatus is also equipped with a single cooling circuit allowing to significantly reduce the size of the apparatus. The dimensions of the resonator are thus limited by the size of the active element.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is improved laser apparatus applicable for cosmetic and/or therapeutic treatment of biological tissues and various therapeutic measures.
