FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dentistry, and aims at teeth restoration/reconstruction in generalised dental abrasion to 1/2 of crown length (III degree) with reinforced composite application. The oral cavity is examined that involves digital segmented photofixation of the clinical state of the frontal and lateral teeth of the upper and lower jaw. The teeth of the upper and lower jaws are divided into six segments: two frontal and four lateral segments. The procedure starts with the temporary restoration/reconstruction of masticatory surfaces of the premolars combined with restoration of the occlusion height. It is followed with the temporary restoration/reconstruction of masticatory surfaces of the other lateral teeth. Then there is applied the restoration/reconstruction of the upper frontal teeth starting with the upper central incisor taking into account a slant of an abraded cutting surface towards a palate with applying a mesh-planimetric reinforcing frame in pairs symmetrically from the central incisors to the canines. It is followed with the restoration/reconstruction of the frontal teeth of the lower jaw by the same sequence. After removal of the temporary restoration, observing the digital photofixation data of the clinical state of the teeth, the final segmented restoration/reconstruction of crowns of the upper and lower lateral teeth is performed. Then the occlusion stock is restored finally in pairs in the lateral teeth antagonists with aligning the occlusion surface of the lateral teeth from the molars to the frontal teeth.
EFFECT: method allows cutting time for elimination of generalised dental abrasion directly in the oral cavity, improves accuracy of overbite formation and occlusion relation of dentitions.
