FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and the dairy industry. The automated unit for portioned collection and transportation of milk is comprised of a frame installed on a chassis, whereon a sealed cylindrical vessel with a milk hose is mounted, in the upper part whereof a hatch is installed and in the lower part there is a milk discharge valve. The vessel is connected by means of a fitting and a vacuum branch pipe via a condensate collecting apparatus with a receiver connected to a vacuum aggregate fixed on the frame and consisting of a vacuum pump and a gasoline generator. The milk hose is connected to the upper part of the vessel and is equipped with an inlet branch pipe wherein a milk control sensor, a filter, an analyser, an electromagnetic valve and a meter are installed. The fitting of the vacuum branch pipe is located in the upper part of the vessel, and a float-type safety valve and a three-way electromagnetic valve are installed therein. The unit is equipped with an electronic milk collection and discharge control unit, an electromagnetic valve, a meter, a three-way electromagnetic valve, a vacuum sensor and a vacuum aggregate.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to increase productivity of milk collection and to ensure automated individual determination of the volume and quality of the collected milk.
