FIELD: heat exchange devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat exchange devices for gas media, namely to recuperating heat exchangers of supply and exhaust ventilation systems for domestic and industrial purposes. The heat exchanger of the ventilation air contains vertical plates made of heat-conducting material forming alternating slit channels for heating and heated heat carriers, distancing spacers made of elastic material consisting of non-closing parts located on the edges of the vertical plates, distributing and receiving chambers of the heated heat carrier with electric heaters-closers placed in them, a drainage tube, inlet and outlet pipes with sound-retaining inserts installed in them. Between the vertical plates made of heat-conducting material, in their middle part, additional spacers made of elastic material are installed. Moreover, in the slotted channels for the heated coolant, additional spacers are shortened to form passages for the coolant, a rotary chamber for the heating coolant is adjacent to the lower part of the vertical plates made of heat-conducting material, in which a replaceable cassette with a granular solid adsorbent is installed. Vertical plates made of heat-conducting material are made corrugated. Vertical plates made of a heat-conducting material have a discrete roughness in the form of protrusions and depressions. To induce the movement of the flows of heating and heated heat carriers, a two-flow supercharger installed on the outside of the wall of the ventilated room is used.
EFFECT: minimizing additional energy costs for preheating the supply air and to increasing the heat recovery coefficient contained in the exhaust air removed from the room.
