FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat engineering and can be used in recuperative heat exchange devices for fluid media. In a spiral heat exchanger containing a tape spiral winding in the form of an Archimedes spiral, the turns of which form the common walls of alternating channels for the passage of hot and cold heat carriers, respectively, inserts in the channels on the end sides of the spiral winding, inlet and outlet pipes for heat carriers, the central core body, sealing gaskets, at the same time, the spiral winding in the form of an Archimedes spiral is made by rolling around the bend axis of one tape, in the channels between the turns of the spiral winding in the direction of the bend axis of the tape there are strip sealing spacers, the inserts in the channels on the end sides of the spiral winding are made discontinuous of elements with a length slightly greater or equal to the length of the turn of the corresponding turns of the spiral winding, and with a distance between adjacent elements somewhat less than or equal to the length of the turn of the corresponding turns of the spiral winding, the inlet and outlet pipes for heat carriers are placed in pairs on the end sides of the spiral winding; strip sealing spacers in the channels between the turns of the spiral winding are stitched with tie rods; the ends of the elements of the inserts in the channels on the end sides of the spiral winding are stitched with tie rods, on the end sides of the central body-core there are threaded shanks.
EFFECT: simplifying the design and providing the possibility of increasing the unit thermal power of the device.
