FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to regenerative heat exchange devices for fluids. A heat exchanger contains cylindrical heat transfer walls forming a heat transfer surface, distributing and collecting chambers that are adjacent to end edges of cylindrical heat transfer walls and have, respectively, inlet and outlet fittings for heat carriers. Cylindrical heat transfer walls are arranged coaxially around an additionally installed cylindrical core. Walls have a common axis with the core and form alternating even and odd annular channels for heat carriers. Sealing inserts are placed on ends of cylindrical heat transfer walls in annular channels, which overlap even annular channels on one part of the area of diametrical cross-section of the heat exchanger and odd annular channels on the other part of the area of diametrical cross-section adjacent to it.
EFFECT: design is simplified, and the material consumption of the device is reduced.
