FIELD: ventilation and heating equipment.

SUBSTANCE: supply and exhaust ventilation and heating equipment for domestic and industrial purposes. Invention can be used, in particular, in residential premises and in other premises where people are located and air replacement is required. Ventilation air heat and moisture recuperator comprises a heat-transfer surface made of vertical corrugated plates forming alternating slotted channels for heating and heated air flows, sealing gaskets made of elastic material located on the edges of vertical corrugated plates, a receiving chamber with a heated air closer, drainage tubes with hydraulic seals, inlet and outlet pipes with sound-retaining inserts. The heat transfer surface is dissected and consists of heat exchange sections arranged in series, the corrugated plates in the heat exchange sections are made with cut corners and are connected to each other in pairs in a checkerboard pattern on opposite sides of the heat exchange sections along the cut lines of the corners with brackets. Moreover, the brackets located on one of the lower sides of the heat exchange sections have a double-sided flanging, which, together with the vertical corrugated plates of the heat exchange sections, forms trays for collecting and draining moisture. Moisture transmitters are placed between the heat exchange sections, including, for example, fabrics made of capillary porous material and a moisture conducting section and a moisture releasing section connected to each other, having a complex moisture-releasing surface, on one side of the vertical corrugated plates the lifting channel of the heating coolant is located, and on the other side lowering channel of the heat transfer agent is located. The ventilation air heat and moisture recuperator is U-shaped and includes two adjacent compartments with heat exchange sections and moisture transmitters located in them, adjacent compartments in their lower part are interconnected by horizontal channels for the passage of heating and heat transfer agents, and one of the horizontal channels is connected with a receiving chamber, in which a thermal heated air handling unit is located, and on the side wall there is a window with an adjustable damper. The other two horizontal channels are connected to the inlet and outlet nozzles, respectively, and adjustable rotary dampers are placed in the channels, wall trays connected to the drainage pipes adjoin the bottom of the moisture transmitters; to induce the movement of the flows of the heating and heated coolants, a two-flow pump is used, which is installed on the outside of the wall of the ventilated room.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the utilization device and ensuring the simultaneous transfer of heat and moisture from the exhaust air stream to the supply air stream.
