FIELD: bitumen conglomerates production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of production of bitumen conglomerates. The installation for the production of bitumen conglomerates contains at least one dryer for drying the materials to be processed, equipped with a burner, a mixer for mixing the processed materials, and a control unit. The dryer consists of the first part and the second part, located one after the other, between which there is a compartment for hot air passage. The first part of the dryer is designed for the passage of the material in it in the direction of moving the material in the first part of the dryer. The second part of the dryer is designed for the passage of the material in it in the direction of moving the material in the second part of the dryer. The first part of the dryer is equipped with a burner that generates heat for drying the materials located in the first part of the dryer. The heat is transferred to the second part of the dryer by means of hot air flow directed from the first part of the dryer containing the burner to the second part of the dryer. The first part of the dryer is equipped with a channel connecting the first part of the dryer and the second part of the dryer, forming a path for the hot air flow intended for heating the material located in the second part of the dryer, and forming a bypass channel relatively to the mentioned compartment for hot air passage between the first part of the dryer and the second part of the dryer. The mentioned channel restricts the outer zone of the hot air flow, which is located between the outer surface of the channel and the inner surface of the first part of the dryer. The outer flow zone is connected to the air passage compartment. A closing device is provided that is transferred into at least three configurations: the first configuration, in which the closing device leaves the channel partially open and completely closes the communication between the outer flow zone and the second part of the dryer; the second configuration, in which the closing device completely closes the channel and completely closes the communication between the outer flow zone and the second part of the dryer; the third configuration, in which the closing device leaves the channel partially open and leaves the communication between the outer flow zone and the second part of the dryer partially open.
EFFECT: provided is possibility to control the temperature of hot gas flows, reduce the nominal power of the installation, and simplify the design.
