FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: calcining kiln for calcining of lump mineral stone material comprises the following components arranged top down along vertical axis: entrance zone for material, suction device for waste gases, zone of preliminary heating, at least one zone of calcining, burners, cooling zone and discharge zone. Kiln is equipped with a zone of post-calcining arranged between at least one zone of calcining and zone of cooling and additional suction device arranged between zone of post-calcining and zone of cooling, for suction of cooling air after its contact with calcined material and cooling of calcined material in cooling zone. Additional suction device is arranged with box passing in longitudinal direction along axis of kiln and having suction through holes communicating with inner channel that ends with a hole. Additional suction device is connected via hole to suction fan arranged at outer side of kiln.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase reactivity and homogenisation of finished product.
