FIELD: conglomerate production.
SUBSTANCE: plant for the production and distribution of bitumen conglomerates is proposed, and a method for the operation of the mentioned plant is described. The plant is equipped with a dryer with a burner that generates heat for drying materials to be processed. The plant contains the first system for the suction of hot air from the dryer, a mixer for mixing at least processed materials, and a control unit. The dryer consists of the first part and the second part located one after the other, through which material passes and between which there is a compartment for the passage of hot air. The burner is made with the possibility to generate heat for drying materials located in the first part of the dryer. The first system for the suction of hot air is made with the possibility to suck hot air from the dryer, creating the flow of hot air directed from the first part of the dryer containing the burner to the second part of the dryer. The dryer contains an adjustable deflection device for deflecting or adjusting the amount of hot air. The first part of the dryer is divided into two zones, of which the first zone is the first chamber or combustion chamber, in which the burner flame is developed. The second zone consists of the second chamber or drying chamber, in which the mentioned materials are located, wherein in the first part of the dryer, there is a channel that is a single whole with the first part of the dryer. The channel connects the combustion chamber of the first part of the dryer to the second part of the dryer, forming a path for the high-temperature gas flow to heat material in the second part of the dryer. The first part of the dryer is made with the possibility of supplying the hot air flow to the second part of the dryer for processing materials inside it or for processing materials inside the first part of the dryer.
EFFECT: obtaining a plant for the production of bitumen conglomerates.
