SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the food industry, namely to the technology of processing products with steam. The device for steam treatment of the product includes a processing tunnel having an inlet and an outlet for the inlet and outlet of the product, respectively, a transport unit for moving the product from the inlet to the outlet, and a steam supply unit for supplying steam to the processing tunnel. For processing the product, the device includes one or more nozzles communicating with the steam supply unit designed to direct the steam jet to the product.

EFFECT: use of a group of inventions will allow for high-quality processing of products with steam.
