FIELD: fire-fighting equipment; training simulators.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training simulators and is intended for practicing skills of fire extinguishing with a manual fire nozzle in a room. Fire extinguishing simulation method comprises the following steps: preparation, which includes scanning with the help of augmented reality glasses of the room, creation of 3D model of a room, placement on 3D model of a fire source, marking of types of materials, input of initial data for testing a logical-mathematical model of a fire; visualization of flame and smoke and supply of extinguishing substance using a visualization server and broadcasting the corresponding image to the augmented reality glasses in real time; providing interactive interaction of a trainee with a logical-mathematical model of the system by using a modified fire barrel.

EFFECT: approximation of simulator conditions to real fire extinguishing conditions.
