FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: proposed is a method for producing glucose fermentation products: lactic, acetic, succinic, propionic, butyric, formic, isovaleric acids and ethanol, from cellulose-containing raw materials and waste. The method includes cultivating extremely thermophilic and hyperthermophilic microorganisms of the genus Dictyoglomus on substrates from cellulose-containing raw materials and waste at temperatures of 50 to 80°C, values of pH 6.0 to 8.0 and salinity 0 to 2%, separating cellulose decomposition products from the biomass by means of distillation and/or liquid chromatography, electrodialysis and evaporation.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of target products suitable for use as feed additives.
