SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Disclosed is a recombinant filamentous filamentous Penicillium verruculosum EE-105 strain deposited in the Russian National Collection of Microorganisms under the number VKM F-4812D, producer of endo1,4-β-gluconase II Penicillium verruculosum and endo1,4-β-gluconase I Trichoderma reesei. Disclosed is a method of producing a fodder enzyme preparation with high content of endo1,4-β-gluconase II Penicillium verruculosum and endo1,4-β-gluconase I Trichoderma reesei using said strain.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain a complex enzyme preparation which can be used in fodder production as a fodder additive for improving assimilability of nutrients and facilitating digestion by reducing the viscosity of fodders containing cereals, as well as to increase feeding value of rations for agricultural monogastric animals and poultry.
