SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lead-free ferroelectric ceramic materials with a nonlinear dependence of the dielectric constant on the strength of the applied electric field and can be used for the manufacture of low-frequency electronic devices for various purposes. The material contains BaTiO3, SrTiO3 and borates of lanthanides LnBO3 with the following ratio of components, wt%: BaTiO3 - 77.0-75.0; SrTiO3 - 19.0-20.0; LnBO3 - 4.0-5.0, where Ln is one of the rare earth elements of the La, Nd, Pr, Sm groups.

EFFECT: increasing the value of the relative permittivity to the level ε/ε0=9400-12100 and the coefficient of its controllability by a constant electric field T = 30-34% in the low frequency range of 10-30 kHz.
