SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of ceramic ferroelectric composite materials and can be used in the electronic industry in the manufacture of a wide class of electric field-controlled elements and devices of electronic equipment. Proposed is a composite ceramic material containing strontium titanate and a complex lanthanum oxide of the composition La1.8Ca0.2Ni0.8Cu0.2O4 at following ratio of components, mol.%: La1.8Ca0.2Ni0.8Cu0.2O4 93–99, SrTiO3 1–7.

EFFECT: obtaining complex lanthanum oxide with stable values of dielectric permeability in a wide frequency range, which provides a high level of dielectric permeability in the composition of the composite material and low dielectric losses.
