SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular, to cardiovascular surgery. An aortic neoarch is formed such that a distal portion of the aortic arch is tightly closed at the point of maximum constriction, and a proximal aortic segment in front of the brachiocephalic trunk is anastomosed with a vascular aortic prosthesis.

EFFECT: method enables to restore physiological blood flow in a short time interval along supraaortal branches, as well as reducing the number of probable bleeding sources, by reducing the number of anastomoses with supraaortic vessels and cerebral complications, by reducing manipulations on supraaortic vessels.
