FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method for treatment and prevention of recurrent chronic cystitis consists in preparing, introducing into the bladder and/or urethra a medicinal composition from the following components at the following ratio: platelet-enriched plasma with a concentration of platelets contained therein of at least 180*106 in 1 ml in a volume of 10 to 12 ml; glycosaminoglycans - a solution of chondroitin sulfate 60 to 400 mg and hyaluronic acid 50 to 100 mg, at a total volume of 40 to 50 ml. Also introduced is a solution of sodium chloride with phosphate buffer until the pH value of the solution of the composition within the range from 7.1 to 7.4 is reached. The components are mixed immediately prior to being injected into the bladder, outside of the body of the patient. The prepared composition is then introduced into the bladder through a urethral catheter. The solution is retained in the bladder after introduction for at least 30 minutes or longer before urination.

EFFECT: invention ensures targeted delivery of the pharmaceuticals and treatment of chronic cystitis with platelet-enriched autoplasma.
