A method for conservative treatment of chronic cystitis consists in the fact that a combination of preparations is used for instillation into the bladder, which is prepared immediately before instillation. As a combination of preparations for instillation, thrombocyte autoplasma is used, obtained after centrifugation of patient's whole blood for 10 minutes at 3500 rpm, collected from a vein immediately before the instillation procedure (plasma obtained from 9 ml of whole blood, individually), 5 ml of lidocaine hydrochloride with concentration of 20 mg/ml, 10 ml of 1% dioxidine, 1 ml of triamcinolone acetonide with concentration of 40 mg/ml.
EFFECT: improved regenerative processes in the area of drug administration due to anti-inflammatory and antiseptic components in the cocktail, reduced pain sensations after drug administration, fast patient recovery and stable remission after a course of instillations.
