FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aircraft engineering, namely to the manufacture of propeller blades. The mold for making the blade consists of a lower half-body (1), including sections (2, 3, 4), and an upper half-body (5), including sections (6, 7, 8), elements of mutual orientation and tightening elements. The half-hulls (1, 5) are connected to each other through remote bushings (15), each of the sections (2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8) consists of matrices (16) with covers (17). In each cover (17), channels (19) are made, while in the root of the lower half-hull (1), an insert (24) is installed, which consists of a housing (28), on which a bracket (36) is fixed, with stops (40) installed on it, while screws (39) are placed on the housing (28). On the insert (24), a cover plate (26) is installed using columns (25), while the insert (24) with the cover plate (26) is fixed on the section (2) of the lower half-hull (1). Longitudinal channels (33) are made on the body (28), and the working surface (31) of the body (28) is adjacent to the rear wall of the spar of the formed blade. The channels (19) for the heat transfer agent are two zigzag contours running along the longitudinal axis of the cover (17) from the center to the side surfaces.
EFFECT: technical result is better quality and accuracy of the geometric shape of the blade, increased maintainability of the molds.
