FIELD: dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dentistry and can be used to isolate the interdental space and oral mucosa in adhesive technologies, endodontic operations and teeth whitening. Measure the length of the gingiva section with the teeth to be whitened. A strip of protective film with a width of 5 to 10 mm and a length equal to the measured area of the gingivae is cut from the one-sided self-adhesive material. The strip is pressed with the hydrophilic side to the vestibular mucosal surface along the teeth to be whitened and glued. After making sure that the strip is in the correct position, the doctor proceeds to make a protective barrier from a liquid impression mixture containing at least one corrected silicone-based component and an activator. The liquid impression mixture is homogeneously mixed from the corrected component, the activator and the therapeutic and prophylactic gel, consisting of sodium hyaluronate, Trilon-B, clocel, distilled water and chlorobenzyl alcohol. A homogeneous liquid impression mixture through a cannula, using a disposable syringe, is applied to the strip and into the interdental space of the teeth to be whitened. The remainder of the liquid impression mixture is applied to the oral side of the gingiva, covering the oral dental papillae and oral gingival pockets.
EFFECT: invention allows providing protection against chemical burns of mucosal tissues, closing the interdental space of the teeth to be whitened from the vestibular side of the mucosa, oral dental papillae and oral gingival pockets.
