When implementing the method, mechanical processing of the tooth and drug treatment of the tooth are carried out. The occlusal stamp is made by applying a corrective silicone mass to the tooth, which is obtained by mixing the activator and liquid corrective silicone mass to homogeneity. Corrective silicone mass is applied to the occlusal, vestibular, lingual and proximal dental surfaces with a layer thickness of at least 2 mm. After polymerization of the corrective silicone mass, the occlusal stamp is adjusted in height by forming the edges of the stamp below the equator on the teeth of the lower jaw and above the equator on the teeth of the upper jaw. The occlusal stamp is removed from the tooth surface. A carious tooth defect is prepared. A carious defect is sealed and a formed silicone occlusal stamp is applied to the last portion of the light filling material until the last portion of the light filling material is polymerized. The occlusal stamp is pressed down with a force of 0.3-0.5 Pa, the occlusal stamp is removed and aesthetic smoothing of the chewing surface of the tooth is carried out with a silicone brush with a modeling resin.
