FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to orthopedic dentistry, and is intended for use in treating patients with denture defects included. Method includes selection of reinforcing structure and preparation of supporting teeth, stitching of standard artificial tooth, manufacturing of silicone template. An interdental silicone template is made in the oral cavity by applying from the oral surface of teeth and the gingival edge of the corrective A-silicone material, starting from the gingival part, closing the gingival furrow, interdental spaces are filled perpendicular to the marginal gingival edge. Cervical portion of abutment teeth is applied on material not reaching structural support members by 0.5–1 mm. Then artificial tooth is removed for subsequent manufacture of adhesive bridge prosthesis. On the intermediate part of the reinforcing structure and on the silicone template displaying the surface of the artificial tooth facing the alveolar process, a fluid composite is applied, repeating the intermediate part of the artificial tooth facing the gum. That is followed by final modeling of the artificial tooth of the bridge using conventional or condensed composites from the vestibular surface, taking into account the individual anatomical features of the intermediate portion.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to create intermediate part of adhesive bridge prostheses adapted to individual type of alveolar process.
