SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to isolate the interdental space and oral mucosa in adhesive technologies, endodontic operations and teeth whitening. The method of isolating teeth during dental operations includes making a protective barrier made of a liquid silicone mixture, placing a rubber dam on the gum and installing a clamp. The liquid silicone mixture is uniformly mixed from the corrected component, the activator and the therapeutic and prophylactic gel. Most of the mixed liquid silicone mixture is applied with a disposable syringe to the cervical region of the tooth and to the dried gum. A clamp is installed on the cervical area of ​​the tooth. The rubber dam is applied on the clamp, then it is tucked in under the clamp, and the silicone mixture is distributed evenly around the tooth and compacted through the rubber dam manually. The part of the silicone mixture remaining in the disposable syringe is injected into the interdental spaces, into the cervical region and onto the rubber dam adjacent to the tooth surface.

EFFECT: technical result provided by the method consists in providing reliable isolation of the tissues of the oral cavity from irritation and harmful effects of aggressive substances.
