SYSTEM FOR PRESENTING ELECTRIC IMPULSES DURING TRANSLINGUAL NEUROSTIMULATION, APPARATUS FOR PRESENTING ELECTRIC IMPULSES DURING TRANSLINGUAL NEUROSTIMULATION, PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD FOR SUCH APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SUCH CIRCUIT BOARD Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61N1/18 A61N1/05

Abstract RU 2751884 C1

FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to a system, an apparatus, a printed circuit board and a method for manufacturing a printed circuit board for presenting electrical impulses during translingual neurostimulation. The system is comprised of an apparatus for controlling the supply of current to the apparatus for presenting electrical impulses from a current source, an apparatus for supplying current from said controlling apparatus, and a presenting apparatus. The apparatus for presenting electrical impulses is comprised of a printed circuit board with electrodes, tools for supplying current to the electrodes, and a control circuit for controlling electrical signals supplied to the electrodes. The method for manufacturing a printed circuit board includes making electrodes for providing subcutaneous local electrical stimulation of the tongue, and topology of the printed circuit board of the control circuit for supplying electrical signals to the electrodes. The electrodes are located on one side of the printed circuit board. The elements of the topology of the printed circuit board of said control circuit are therein made so as to ensure installation of the components of the apparatus for presentation of electrical impulses from the two sides thereof. Due to the described placement of the components of the control circuit of the printed circuit board for the apparatus for presenting electrical impulses during translingual neurostimulation, mutual influence of the circuit elements on the output stages of the generated pulse shapers is reduced, allowing to produce a clearer signal on each single point element.

EFFECT: the area of the part of the apparatus protruding from the mouth is reduced, increasing convenience of use by reducing the weight of the protruding part and reducing the force for holding the apparatus in the mouth, while moving the centre of gravity closer to the tongue to improve the electrode-tongue contact; maintainability is increased without application of specialised equipment.
