SUBSTANCE: absorbent product 10 is proposed, comprising an upper layer 1, a layer 2 that protects against leakage, and an absorbent layer 3, while the layer 2 that protects against leakage is applied directly to the absorbent layer 3. The layer 2 that protects against leakage contains a layer 41 of meltblown and protective layer 42 for layer 41 meltblown, and the absorbent article 10 has one or more elements selected from items (i) and (ii) below. (i) The anti-leakage layer 2 comprises an embossed portion in which the meltblown layer 41 and the protective layer 42 are bonded, and a non-embossed portion other than the embossed portion. The leakage protection layer 2 comprises an embossed portion in which the meltblown layer 41 and the backing layer 42 are bonded, and a non-embossed portion other than the embossed portion. Layer 2, which protects against leakage, contains a zone without holes in the non-embossed portion. A zone without holes is a zone that does not contain a through hole, in which, in the plan view of the anti-leakage layer 2, the interfiber space containing the zone in which the zone of the rectangle E formed with the length of the diagonals E1 and E2 equal to 10 mcm, reaches 25 mcm² or more, passes through in the thickness direction. The zone without holes is located in the zone in which the anti-leakage layer 2 overlaps the absorbent layer 3. (ii) The protective layer 42 is located on the side of the meltblown layer 41 not facing the absorbent layer. The anti-leakage layer 2 comprises a piled zone in which the number of fibers of the meltblown layer 41, which are fibers that penetrate into the protective layer 42, is 2.5 fibers or more per mm.
