FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of diamond circles on polymer bonds for processing of hard-to-treat materials with electric current and in the normal mode. The mass contains, volume %: diamond 12.5-37.5; copper 15.5-35.5; tin 7.5-15.0; aluminium 3.75-15.0; polymer binder is remaining, at that aluminium and tin contained in the mass are in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2.
EFFECT: grinding tool produced from the claimed mass has stable operation performance, optimum self-sharpening, high performance for processing of hard-to-treat materials in normal grinding mode and provides efficient tool operation in electrochemical grinding mode.
