FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of abrasive processing and can be used in the manufacture of diamond tools for the processing of mainly highly hard-to-work materials, in particular, ceramics, hard alloys, building materials, natural and artificial stones. Diamond tool contains a body and a working diamond layer made by sintering in the presence of a liquid phase from a mass containing diamond powders and binder powders. Latter includes the main solid phase component and graphene in the form of at least a single layer coating deposited on the binder powder, which is the main solid phase component.
EFFECT: as a result, a tool with a uniform distribution of graphene in the volume of the working layer and high thermal conductivity is obtained.
