SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a holding element (1) for a side window (I) of a vehicle, including: at least one adjoining section (2) for attachment to a first surface (Ia) of the side window (I), wherein the adjoining section (2) has an adjoining surface (2a) provided in order to be attached using an adhesive (9) with the first surface (Ia), a fastening section (3) connected with the adjoining section (2) for fastening to the vehicle and a filling hole (6) for injecting glue (9) into the intermediate space between the adjoining section (2) and the first surface (Ia) of the side glass (I), wherein the adjoining surface (2a) has several channels (4) directed towards the filling hole (6) and distributed in a fan-like motion over the adjoining surface (2a).
EFFECT: improved design of a holding element for a side window of a vehicle.
