FIELD: rubber production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to copolymer rubbers containing nitrile groups. A copolymer rubber is proposed containing nitrile groups, including from 10 to 60 wt.% of α,β- ethylene unsaturated nitrile monomer link, from 1 to 60 wt.% of the monomer link of the monoester of α, β-ethylene unsaturated dicarboxylic acid and from 20 to 89 wt.% of conjugated diene monomer link, with an iodine number of 120 or less, in which the processability index Ipro (Ipro=Cc × SA) is 0.0030 or less, wherein the processability index Ipro is the product of the content of carboxyl groups Cc, which is the number of moles of carboxyl groups in 100 g of copolymer rubber, containing nitrile groups, and the absorption surface SA of the carboxyl anhydride group determined by infrared spectroscopy. The composition of cross-linked rubber for rubber parts and cross-linked rubber are also proposed.
EFFECT: technical result is the cross-linked rubber obtained from the claimed copolymer rubber having excellent processability and high resistance to residual compression during cross-linking.
